This is a company that says that they care about helping their clients but I have not found that to be the case. I had issues that caused my property to go into forclosure but was able to save my home for the time being. I have an interest rate of 9.5 per cent and have requested a loan modification. I was told after the paperwork was reviewed that I have equity in my home and I need to apply somewhere for a home equity loan in order to get caught up with them. Not only can I not afford to pay for another loan, but I am sure that my chances of going to another company and getting a loan are slim. The current interest rates are one third of what I am paying so I was really hopeful that Vericrest would work with me but I was wrong!!!
