Location is also UNSAFE. They shut down previous office across the street eve/weekends because of VANDALISM!. Very thuggy area. Also, after you pay your PO BOX fee (expensive for what you get) it can take DAYS for them to unlock it. You'll have to make an extra trip out of your way, wait in line for a clerk, to ask them to unlock it. This location also shuts down at 6pm M-F. Good luck getting your mail if you have to work late, traffic, etc. Now why would people pay for PO BOX when the Post Office can abuse you for free with home delivery.

I learned my lessons the hard way. Hello online bill pay, email and FEDEX.

Inconveinent Operating Hours during the week. Only 1-2 clerks at busy times, forcing long waits. 7 YEARS of PO Box service, they still deliver mail from previous tenant, even after REPEATED notices from me. 7 YEARS. Mail is squashed, torn up, mags opened!. Try to talk to clerks about concerns, they shove you off, don't want to hear it. Get very DMV about it. Attitude. They WASTE your TIME.
