These people are highly incompetent and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back again. Dr. Coles is a moron and forgets who I am and what we talked about EVERYTIME I came in. The hoochie mamas at the front desk are rude and blamed ME when they scheduled an appointment in their system a different day then they told me. They made me come in JUST to schedule a cat scan, which they could have done over the phone, but no they made me come in and drop $170 on a doctor visit TO SCHEDULE a visit. Then when I came in for the visit, they didn't set my appointment in the system so they could not fit me in after I already cancelled work. Then they blamed in ON ME. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Find another Urologist, they are everywhere. These people deserve to have their license taken away from them.
