I just moved to OK from out of state and had a brand new house built. The address doesn't show on GPS. I've had shipments from FedEx and XPO where they called me to get directions to my home and deliver my packages. UPS however made NO attempt to contact me and now I'm trying to figure out how and when I can pick up my package that they have and NO ONE I've spoken to has been helpful. It's ridiculous that no one can help me get my packages, a simple phone call 1) for directions to deliver my packages or 2) to tell me when and where I can pick them up. I will never willingly use UPS services again.
