Terrible

I am sorry to say I had been many times to this restaurant and the food WAS always good. But the last time I went I was so diaspointed. The sauses wer virtuly water, the seafood, the lobster and the shirmp we fishy tasting and very small in portions for the dollar. We never didi get refills on our drinks and service was not only slow but poor. Not enough staff to take care of the few customers they had.

Good Food; Lacking in Service

I just visited this steakhouse for the first time last week for my husband’s birthday. We had reservations for 6:30pm for a party of 8... but did not get seated for at least 15 - 20 minutes (and there were 4 empty tables). I think they were short staffed so getting service like drinks initially & refills were hard to come by. Our water glasses sat empty for a while and my husband drank mine b/c he got tired of waiting. We finally would just grab whoever was walking by. Our chef finally came out at about 7:45pm and seemed a little newer than some of the others, which is fine, everyone has to start somewhere. He was a nice guy, kind of shy seeming but still was entertaining and the food was very good. Once we were done eating we sat around waiting AGAIN for the sherbet and our checks. So again we just grabbed someone walking by and my mom actually went to the bar to pay her tab and to ask for service at the table. We finally left at 9:05PM... 2.5 hours after arriving I might add. As we left we noticed a sign on the door "hiring". I think this steakhouse has a lot of potential if they can get staffed and more organized.
