Their staff has always been very responsive about questions I may have about my company’s finances or tax situation. It has been a great decision for our business. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. On several occasions, I have called to ask a simple question or complex question. The staff is generally able to answer the question on the first call. If not, definitely within 24hrs. The monthly accounting is completed accurately and timely, eliminating the stress for us. The staff makes “Tax-Time” at year –end , much less stressful as well. A huge plus being with Sean Hugo, CPA is being able to ask a QuickBooks question, and the staff is able to look at our file and answer it quickly.
