Purchase 2 sofas, 1 custom and the other to be delivered. Set up delivery for 11/20, morning period. Called at 11 to see if had idea when coming. They had contracted out the delivery. This man, very rude, called. Said he would come between 5 and 9 pm and hung up. He called back immediately to tell me I had to pay a 100 charge before he would "take it off the truck". I did not like the timing (burned vacation day), the rude, rude man, did not want to pay him cash before he potentially damaged my couch, etc. The owner of Santa Fe Co defended the delivery man and claimed they did all they could do. I believe that they could have done me the courtesy of letting me know they could not make the delivery schedule. I would not have burned a vacation day. They could have let me know it was being contracted out and I would have to schedule with the other company. I was ready to go pick it up with my trailer until the owner acted the way he did. I spent several thousand dollars. I do expect modest professionalism and courtesy. The people working in the store were friendly, knowledgeable, and generally helpful. We appreciated them.



UPDATE: The owner called my husband at work and left a voicemail threatening that he would not cancel our order until we came in and paid a restocking fee. Hilarious because one couch never left their showroom floor and the other, custom, had not been started because I just had to go back in and pick different fabric. Restock what?
