Went into RadioShack looking for a SD card for my portable scanner. Stood around for 10 mins while the only woman working talked to another customer about his dog. When I asked her about the cards, she didn't know what a portable scanner was. She immediately went back to talking to the other customer about his dog. I'll just order it online.

Their associates are NOT knowledgeable about cell phone activation and promotions. They deactivated my phone, factory reset it, added the new phone and plan to my existing account ALL BEFORE realizing that my existing phone did not apply for the trade in toward the new one. They had to make several calls to verify if the old phone would apply or not. Then had to call my carrier to have it all reversed. Now I'm left to wonder if I will have activation charges, if I'm even still eligible for an upgrade, if my plan was put back the way it was and who's going to pay for my bill if it's all wrong when I get it, cause I don't think it should be my problem. And now I have to put in all my contacts and personalizations AGAIN cause it's been factory reset, which is a PAIN!
