Impressed with steps taken to ensure timeliness, a long with quality... it was hard to pinpoint one thing, it was rather the communication from calls and text about each step in the process. Received a call about time and date that the utilities would be marked, followed by a date their crew would arrive to remove old fence along with set the post in concrete. I was prepared long before that this would be a three day process.... I liked the fact they weren't taking any short cuts, as they come back two days later to put up the new fence based upon giving adequate time for the concrete to harden. In love with our new fence and highly recommend. One last thing, their friendly fence installers gave me invaluable hints, for staining and treating the fence in an affordable option I had never thought about.
