Losing my Service dog Saint was heart breaking. But the staff at Pet Memories were so compassionate and professional.

Let me start by saying that I had used them for years and years. I've had 4 of our pups cremated with them and was very pleased. That changed today. Jacob answered the phone and was anything but compassionate and caring. I was told of price considerably higher than I'd paid in Nov. Nonetheless I was still going forward. I was then told that I would have to "see if my vet would hold my dog, because vets get 'mad' at them", I informed him they would because I just used them cause our other dog had recently passed and always gone through the same process. Needless to say, Jacob was far less than compassionate, informing me of things that simply weren't true. Basically called me a liar when I told him I'd paid less the last cremation, I have my CC statement to prove it. Completely unprofessional even when I stated this was a very stressful time for us, no matter, he couldn't be bothered, he was very robotic. I told him I was very disappointed and would take our precious one elsewhere. OK he said and hung up. Like I said, I'd used them 4 times previously but never again.

I had to put my beloved pet to sleep mid December 2017.
I have had since she was 3 months old and she was 15 yrs old at the time she was euthanized for medical condition.
The vet advised they had a company that would do cremation that they used. I selected the package and urn and then ordered clay paw prints of my beloved pet for an additional cost.
I watch the vet fill out the paperwork then paid for these services.
I was notified for pick up and noticed no clay paw print but was charged for it and also enclosed was a ziplock bag saying a paw print was made and prepared but the bag was empty.
Feeling beyond but still hung onto hope but still devastated considering my pet was now ashes and wouldn't be able to have clay paw print I called company got the run around and they said they would check to see if they forgot to place it in the bag. The next day I was told prints weren't made and they blamed the vet for how the paperwork was filled out then I called vet they blame Pet Memories. A person named Justin says he wants to make me happy considering my dog is ashes now and now a mistake they can't undo and can't get prints and never called about any questions or concerns about paperwork. He advised he would give me an upgraded urn or what would make me happy. I have yet to hear from him since our last conversation. Seem like pretty heartless unsympathetic people about pets I will not use them in the future.

Not 24 hrs, losing a pet is difficult enough but when it's in the middle of the night it makes you helpless

Our experience with Pet Memories was professional, easy, and caring. I can imagine that most places I could have contacted would have immediately refused to cremate a hermit crab, but David at Pet Memories was genuine and truly wanted to help me give my tiny friend of almost 10 years proper death rites. With such a small animal, David was unsure there would even be any ashes to return to us, but he did not hesitate to offer to make an attempt for us since he could tell I was very saddened by my loss. David went through extra measures to make sure that my friend Scuttles would be taken care of in the best possible way, and I now have a beautifully carved wooden urn that contains the remain of my crabby friend. I would recommend Pet Memories to anyone.

Horrible Service

I have used pet memories before but this time I really was disappointed by them. I called them on a Saturday and they told me to bring my cat to the crematorium on N Main that they would be there between 10 and 11. I told then I would be there. I was there by 10: 45 and no one was there I called David and told him I was at the crematorium but the doors were locked. He said " that's because we've already left. You told us you'd try and be there, we didn't think you were coming. So we left I had something else to do. ". I did not tell him I would try, I told him I would be there. I had used them before and planned on using them again. But not now after you don't keep an appt. and lie and say I said something I didn't.

Dear, Mister stone i remember this day very well and i also remember taking care of you in the past without any issue. I am wanting to apologize to you for the loss in communication that took place. I waited for you to arrive that day and never saw you so i took another call at a residence near by and that is why i was not at the crematory during the time you arrived. I also offered service to you at a discounted price and a free urn or i also offered for us to pay for the cremation and everything included if you wanted to use another facility. Please find it in yourself to allow us to express our feelings for your patronage to us . thanks, David

I recently used Pet Memor...

I recently used Pet Memories to pickup and cremate my dear pet “Tanner” of 18 years. He had to be euthanized. I contracted Pet Memories to meet me at the veterinary clinic and to take my dog’s body to be cremated and ashes returned after. I had talked with David on several occasions. He always answered his phone on the first couple of rings. On the day and time scheduled, David showed up on time and waited until the procedure had ended. He helped me load up Tanner in the back of his van. He was very helpful. I am very satisfied with his services. The whole process with Pet Memories was professional, timely, and efficient. He helped me out with a very hard day. I also appreciated the kit and card that was given to me upon the return of Tanner’s ashes. I would not hesitate to use him again.
