I bought an Amazon Local discount coupon the service I received was certainly a discount. A kid that looked like he was about 12 showed up. And, unlike their website which state they don't move anything over 50 pounds, turns out they don't move ANYTHING. He cleaned around a book that was on the floor. Was in my house a total of maybe 20 minutes. While the high traffic areas were somewhat cleaner, after all had dried, I have a few new stains. I'm guessing from the dirty water. Oh - and this was all after 3 attempts of getting them out to honor my purchase. No follow-up calls.

I have used Oklahoma Steamclean many times over the years and the service they provide is always first-class. The technicians, who are easily identified by their company uniforms, are very pleasant and extremely efficient. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful.
