We have used this repair shop for many years and find them to be friendly, very quick and acurate. They keep so much inventory for every possible razor and if they have to order the part they receive it in no time. The only time there was a problem is when the factory had to get involved because of the warranty.

They could not fix my razor so they sent it in for repair. Four months pass with me calling them regularly and they still did not have the razor back. Went in and complained (supposedly to manager) they then gave me someone elses used razor and tried to tell me it was mine (not even the same model or color). Lousy service and lousy attitude. I recommend finding another source for razor repair. Bought a Norelco of nearly the same design and it is so far superior to the Remington that they are just no comparison. Remingtons triple rotating head is a dog---save your money and go for the Norelco, you will not be sorry.
