This type of work often has a variety of unknowns, and I appreciate their interest in attempting the repair without knowing what is wrong or if it can be repaired. I've brought them multiple laptops, and they've always been able to fix bad solder joints or power connectors for around $100. As a PC tech myself, this service is invaluable when I get calls on computers with damage to the electronics. Of course, it's difficult for them to make any promises ahead of time, however, I've found their service to be top notch.

Would NOT recommend. Very unprofessional, cannot commit to reasonable time frames, did not even call to us he would not be able to do the job....they just didnt show up after being scheduled.
