I pulled in to Norris feeling down because I had been looking for a car over a month, getting the run around and loads of bs from other dealers. I was looking at cars and the finance manager came out, I told him I'm just looking, I can't afford these cars. He said give me one chance and if I can't help you I will be straight up. I walked in told him which car I wanted, jimmy the salesman came in and together they worked their magic. I was approved, no co-signer, put a low down and got a 2008 charger with only 49,000 miles on it. Brand new on inside. Even found me cheaper insurance, sent me there. I was crying by the end of my visit. Out in 45 minutes. They will get you financed, don't be discouraged.. go to NORRIS, 700 South MacArthur ask for Jimmy or Cory.. They ROCK!! Bought a Sebring couple of months ago from them. Price was listed on the internet, I came in to test drive it. I bought the car the same day and couldnt be happier. I will tell all my friends to shop there.

They treated me very well. This wasn't my first go around buying a used car and they were straight forward and easy to make a deal with.

These were some of the best people I have ever dealt with. Very small town type people. It was a true one on one kind of deal. They help with my financing through the bank and got me 2%. Great people.

This was the worse experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I purchased an 06 Chevy 1500 2 years ago from them and I bought an extended warranty on it(waste of money). The check engine light was on when I purchased the vehicle and they told me they would take care of it but that it only needed to have the fuel cap changed. Well 8 months and about $1,300 later the issue was fixed... but not by them or by the warranty because it didn't cover hardly any type of repair. I paid out of my own pocket because no one at Norris would ever call me back. My salesman was always "out of the office" and the manager was "on the phone but would call back". I even sent them an email through their website and got nothing back.



I have since told all of my friends and anyone I meet thats looking for a vehicle to avoid Norris because of their poor customer service and failure to put things into contract when I specifically told them to. You may be asking why I've waited this long to post a negative review and this is why... I thought I would just get over it and move on, but I haven't. My blood boils every single time I drive by one of their locations.

this business deserves NO STARS. the reviews seem to be written by friends and employees. I ACTUALLY bought there and I've never been so sorry about anything in my life. They stole money from me. A single mother. They didn't care. The guy that runs the McArther said "Can't help you. I'm not going to just eat it on this deal" 30 days after I bought it, no car, no money, no help. Don't buy here.

They treated me like a human instead of a dumb woman who didn't know anything!!! The staff was so helpful! I was in and out in about an hour and a half driving a car that i actually wanted with a monthly payment I can afford!! They also got me financed through a bank when i didn't think that was even possible!! Thanks Norris Auto! You guys rock!

I had the best buying experience at Norris auto sales, that i have ever had. Usually at car lots u get a lot of run around. The always play that car lot game with you. At Norris's they didnt do that. They truely tried to sell me what I wanted, at a good price. They also help me find the best rate out there. It wasnt even threw them. It was a local credit union. Great people...Great place...
