We accomplish our desired results in the character of our students by using our own tried and true methods of teaching. We teach a modern eclectic system of self defense that includes Krav Maga, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Provided by YP.comMr. South and Mr. Parkman were my families instructors for over a year. They are very good with children and make learning fun for them. They are excellent instructors and knowledgeable in what they teach. I would highly recommend them to anyone, beginner or advanced.
