Not a friendly place. Told my dad he could not buy an AO Smith hot water tank for my office since he was not a licensed plumber. That if it was connected wrong and blew up they would be liable.... However many places sell them to include more friendly customer support businesses.

Will not sell hot water tank to homeowners or businesses. Had to be to a licensed plumber. Therefore, they lost me as a customer for good. Anyone should be able to buy an AO Smith hot water tank
