Provided by YP.comMarion Kay is an exceptionally talented permanent makeup artist! She did my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips and it has changed my life! I get compliments all the time and the funniest thing is no one even knows it's tattooed on! Her work is natural, long-lasting and worth every penny (even though I didnt have to spend that much :) I would highly recommend her to anyone.
