My sister, my niece and myself went in there 30 minutes before closing time on 02/23/2018 and we asked if it was okay if us 3 got our nails done and they said yes. We left there about 8:30 and when we left we left happy. They were so polite and accommodating to us. WE WILL be returning to this place any time we want something to be done

NEVER EVER Again - WORST Nail Tech Ever

If I could give a -10, I would. I normally tip 20% when I'm happy with a service. I did not tip at all during my first and only trip to this salon.

The nail tech did not speak to me at all nor did she ever make eye contact with me the entire time I was there. At first I thought it might have been a cultural difference, but when another customer arrived that she knew, she had no problem conversing with her.

She became angry with me when I asked her not to use the power tool to trim the cuticles on my toes! She then jambed the cuticle pusher into my toe as hard as she could, then proceeded to barely touch the rest of my toes with it, just going through the motions. I should have walked out at that point, but instead decided I would stiff her on the tip.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I'm never coming here again. I...

I'm never coming here again. I saw my sister Faith's nails while on vacation visiting her and asked her if she'd gotten artificial nails. She said no, it was Shellac. So when I got back into the state, I went here, to Lovely nails. They had the right product to do the shellac with but the first time they did them I told her after she was finished that they weren't dry. The tech said that they were dry enough. Well I went home and they NEVER dried. They were sticky and hadn't had enough time under the light to "solarize". So I went back. They buffed off the top layer of shellac and put an additional layer of Shellac and then he got out an OFF BRAND gel top coat and put it on there. It was uneven and caused the tips of my nails to appear rippled. Since he used the wrong thing on my nails the Shellac was compromised and now looks cracked and crackled. It looks like crap in my opinion. I'll be going to a salon that does it the RIGHT way the next time! Don't half way a service because that's how you lose customers.
