There need to be more clear, English-friendly explanations of the dishes offered, in my opinion. (For example, there's an entire section of tasty Vietnamese iced drinks whose signs are ENTIRELY in Vietnamese, thus bewildering a huge cross-section of Lee's market base.)

Service is friendly, generally, but the owner's a real sour puss most of the time.

Modest prices.
Delicious food.

Lots of paper and plastic waste, though -- a real downside for this locally owned part of a national franchise chain.
