My mother is at Hearthstone Assisted Living with early Alzheimer's. The care is good, the aides and technicians are very kind and I thought it was the perfect place for her. Then I got the bill which was wrong, it must have been someone else's and it had late fees on it. I had paid the bill early and had a receipt so the director assured me that she would take care of it. Nothing happened. I called accounting 4 times and sent an e-mail with no response. We have been unable to get a copy of the facility's license or the other things that we need to file our long term health care insurance. I have been told that it is being sent to me by e-mail and other lies. Now, no one will call me back. I give the healthcare, 4* and administration a 0, so that equals a 2*. Still working on a resolution. This is a new director. May see another new one soon.
