My 1999 Taurus transmission died and when I called John at FLEET he said to bring it right in. A few hours later he called and told me the bad news. My transmission was shot. John told me he could replace it but it was not worth the cost for an old car like mine. I appreciate the straight forward advice he gave me when others might have tried to bait me into repair. Now the ABOVE & BEYOND part of the story! I was going to donate the vehicle but was having problems with the donation organization and John allowed me to park the car on his lot until I could get things worked out. This saved me quite a bit of money and that is Excellence at work.
