Provided by YP.comI went in to get some glasses for my younger sibling and I, when the representative named Diane approached us. Right off the bat she was rude, and when she went to assist us in filling out the insurance form snatching the paper and pen from us. When our glasses were finished my sister told her the glasses were a little too tight on the sides, Diane then scoffed and sighed loudly. I'm not sure about you guys but customer service is a huge deal to me. I usually order things online but since they were glasses we wanted to try them on and check the fitting. I can honesty say if it wasn't for the fitting we would NOT be purchasing from this store.
