I will not be returning to Dental Depot. I caution others to avoid this place as it is highly disorganized and unprofessional. I arrived early at 3:05 for my 3:30 appointment. At 4:10, after numerous (10-15) people who had arrived after me had been taken back for their cleanings, I approached the front desk inquiring why my name hadn't been called. The receptionist scurried around looking for my file. She stated that the hygienist had already pulled it and that my name would be called soon, so I waited a bit more. Finally I was taken back to one of the many cleaning cubicles. I sat there in the dental chair for 20 additional minutes. Finally I was fed up and walked out at 4:45 without ever getting my teeth cleaned or seeing a dentist or dental hygienist. I now know that Dental Depots are the equivalent of a fast food chain, as they have extremely poor customer service.

3 YEARS OF PAIN and MISERY. Don't let this be you, your spouse or your child.

The staff at Dental Depot were GREAT!!! From the moment we walked into the office until we left they were WONDERFUL!!! Way to go Dental Depot!!!!
