Provided by YP.comI dropped my car off to be worked on it needed a new master and slave cylinder. It seemed like a nice place with good staff, until i got a call waking me up saying they broke my window and won't be paying for it. They tried to make up excuses saying it wasn't their fault, but it isn't a matter of fault it is a matter of responsibility. I left my car in their care and this is how they treat me; i will not be a return customer nor will anyone I can talk to about it.

Provided by YP.comHere is the email I sent CBAC on 1/6/10:
I was so excited when I learned that CBAC was not some brothers with the last name Christian but was a Christian company founded on honesty and integrity. As a fellow Christian and a single mom, I couldn't wait for my next oil change to do business with my brothers.
I got my opportunity sooner than expected when my check engine light came on. I was greeted with a smile and an offer for a ride because it would be an hour wait before they got to my car. I opted to stay since I would need a ride back and I had some work that could be done from my phone. A gentleman came out and explained that I needed a new battery. I said okay and a few minutes later, he came back out with a piece of paper... three item subtotals were highlighted and he was explaining to me that these three things needed to be done and why they were so important. Then he said he would leave it with me. For the next few minutes I studied the sheet paying particular attention to the labor charges. Then I noticed the labor charge for the battery change. If the gentleman had pointed out to me that they were going to charge me $89 to change the battery, I would have declined the service and bought my own battery from Wal-Mart and let my son drop it in. I have been telling EVERYONE about CBAC's excessive labor charges, showing off the highlighted page, and all of the gentlemen in my life have told me they overcharged me because I am a woman. I hate to believe that a Christian brother would do that to his sister. I would hope that they overcharge everyone... although that sounds terrible too.
I am sad that my experience was so negative! I am also sad that CBAC is overcharging people in the name of Jesus. It is one more example of Christians giving Jesus a bad name. It breaks my heart. I would much prefer that people think CBAC are brothers with the last name Christian.
