After leaving a cash tip of $5.00 on a bill of $30.82 Chelinos charged a tip to my credit card. I wrote on the receipt cash tip left and authorized a charge of $30.82. The service and food were horrible and the manager was extremely rude when I called to have the unauthorized tip removed. They waited until after I left to charge the additional tip. This is fraud and it is not legal. I suggest you use cash only if you must eat at this establishment.

With the new findings of this restaurant and the fact that they now serve BUGS (namely - MAGGOTS) with their meals they have just lost the business of one family that made FREQUENT visits weekly. Also, with the fact that this family works at Tinker Air Force Base the word of this WILL travel fast. We hope that everyone will heed our advice and give Chelino's at Sooner and Reno and further business. This is extremely disappointing and disheartening.A valued customer that is NO MORE!!!!!
