Chris has been a life saver to me many times. I was told by a big automotive company that my cat needed over 2000 worth repair. I took it to Chris and told him I was traveling to north Carolina by myself and told him what the other company said. With no hesitation he looked my car over and said he would put his mom in this car and send her across country. Sure enough my car made it. This is just one time he has been there for me. He remembers his customers and is truly honest. If he can fix it he will if not he will tell you.

Ripped off four grandfound out he added a grand to a part price!Another part, not even purchased, over 300, no explanationOil change, part of deal paid for - next shop who undid his mess, said the oil was way overdue - ripped off, again. DO NOT come here unless you want your car wrecked. Shop that rescued, said he tampered with the tranny and if it had run, car would have been ruined. (Tranny was not part of repair).

I had taken my car to another place and it still had issues with both the radiator and oil leaking. Chris with Busted Knuckles fixed the oil leak and told me my radiator cap was bad. He also did a tune-up and changed out the wrong oil that the other place had put in the engine (even I could read the type and weight my car needed). He had my car done in a timely manner and best of all was the cost. He now has my husband's van to see what he can do to fix it. I highly recommend Busted Knuckles in MWC.

My car broke down Saturday i had it towed to the dealership that i bought the car from(David Stanley)... I was told that i needed a new rack and pinion which would cost me 1070.00 to get fixed and i would get my car back in about a week...Decided i wanted a 2nd opinion and took it to Chris who not only found that what the dealership told me was not the reason my car broke down but he fixed the issue in 24hrs and the cost was only 280.00. I will be taken my car to him anytime i have any issues

Chris was super helpful. They found the problem and fixed it on the spot! They are huge supporters of the Armed Forces and love to help military folks out with their car needs. I definatly reccomend Busted Knuckle to anyone who needs a fair deal. I will be back the next time I need any auto work done.

Hard to see how repair could have been better. Greg replaced oxygen sensor while I waited and reset the "Check engine" light. (It has stayed off.). Used premium quality Bosch replacement. Cost was not much more than the dealer wanted to '"perform diagnostics" without fixing anything at all. Owner pleasant and informative. Great experience.

They did a great job on my car and were incredibly reasonable. I will definitely take my car there again next time I need anything done. Highly recommended!!

Busted Knuckle got me in and out quick, great service, if I need auto service in the future I would definitely go back, most auto shops don't include friendly services, but the people at Busted Knuckle were courteous and straight with me about the cost of my repairs.
