went here after seeing their booth at the state fair. i did not have to wait very long and jeff spent a long time answering all of my questions. never had someone spend that much time with me before. can't wait to get my new hearing aids!

I have never been more happy! They even came out to my mother's nursing home to give her her hearing aids. The service is wonderful, we wouldn’t go anywhere else

Worst Service Ever. RUN AWAY While YOU Still Can. Coming on a year still have not received my hearing aids. When you call up there they always have an excuse.

Terrible customer service. First said they would be in, in 2 weeks, then next week , then next week. After waiting a month found it unacceptable and cancelled order. Offered a lifetime warranty. What good would that do if you get poor service from the beginning. First clue should have been when we were waiting for appointment and another couple were complaining of lack of service. Would not recommend!!

Very happy with the service and aids. Been going to Jeff Sr. for years and he always takes care of his people. wouldn't go anywhere else.
