First, if i could mark zero stars I would.
The check engine light on my 2015
Jeep Wrangler came on, I called and set up an appointment. Under warranty, my jeep was looked at which took them 2 days and on the third day- they didnt offer a rental car, i had to ask to get one. Conveniently the same day, they called and said my Jeep was ready. When I went to pick up my Jeep, I was handed the keys and made to sign a paper, when I went to look over what I was signing the cashier hurriedly told me what I was signing... which wasn't what I had signed at all.
I was offered no explainaton what was wrong with my Jeep but the paper in Mechanic terms explaining what was (was not) done.
They basically reset the light and sent me on my way.
The engine light came back on, imagine that, I then instead took it to Bob Moore, and what do you know? My entire transmission is currently being rebuilt no thanks to Bob Howard, who sent me back on the road in an unsafe vehicle.
So now, not only will I NEVER do business at Bob Howard, I will be taking my purchases and business to Stan Grady and the Bob Moore auto group.

My wife and I visited this dealership on August 8th 2016 with full intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. I explained exactly what I wanted to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 limited.
At the beginning of the negotiation I should have just walked out, they asked how much I could put down on the vehicle, we settled on $6k. After this they asked me how much I would be willing to pay for the Jeep I told them I would pay $38k the MSRP was $45k, surprisingly to me they accepted my offer and we started paperwork. Only after reading over the fine print they were financing $38k on top of my $6k down so I would be paying $44k for the vehicle that was not going to happen. Like I said we should have walked out, but I renegotiated because I just wanted to be done with the purchase.
After the price discrepancy I thought I was done being lied to but it gets better with this company. Only after agreeing to purchase the vehicle and starting the paperwork did I realize the window sticker said 4x2 not 4x4 (the sales person told us it was a 4x4 but dumb me I didn’t check for myself). Once I made this aware to the sales person he said he thought it was a 4x4 and started walking around the Jeep looking for a 4x4 badge, I looked under the front of the vehicle and confirmed it was a 4x2. He went inside and then informed me they did not have any of the 4x4’s in stock in the trim package we wanted and preceded to explain to me why we didn’t need a 4x4 here in Oklahoma (we live 30 miles outside the city).
I explained this was not an option so he said he could order one from another dealership for us. I was actually ok with this until they wanted us to pay $2k OVER the MSRP and would not negotiate.
After spending 4 hours at the dealership we left empty handed with an extra mark on my credit report because they ran my credit even though I told them not to since we were not going to purchase the vehicle.

I traveled some distance to purchase a car from them. Over the phone they were great, but on the test drive, the car had issues. Long story short, not very good to work with on getting a deal with them. It`s` their way or the highway. I went to Jim Glover in Tulsa the same day and bought a Charger with less miles, same year and better condition for $2000 less. I had no problem whatsoever with Glover.

Not pleased at all with the service department. I took my 2010 Ram 2500 in to have a tie rod end recall fixed. They fixed the recall and did an alignment. Within 1k miles of having this done my truck developed a "death wobble" that dodges are known for and started wearing my tires uneven on the front. I took the truck back to have them look it over and after having it for four days they said everything looked fine and proceeded to blame the wobble on my tires which were still over half tread. I waited a few days and went to tire shop down the road for a second opinion because i couldnt drive the truck on the highway without almost losing control when i hit a bump. The tire shop had my truck in the back for 20 minutes and came and told me all four of my ball joints were bad and one of the uppers was about to fall out. Bob Howard would not fix the problem because i was out of my bumper to bumper warranty so it cost me $700 out of my pocket to fix the issue. THEY LET ME DRIVE MY TRUCK HOME WITH AN ISSUE THAT WAS NOT ONLY DANGEROUS FOR ME BUT TO OTHER PEOPLE DRIVING. I don't think they even looked at my truck or they would have not missed $700 work of work. Very unprofessional and unsafe. I will not be going back there.

I purchased a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bob Howard 12/14/2003. Today is 10/13/2013. I now have 207,000 miles on this Jeep. I drive it every day. Just wanted you guys to know this has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. Very few problems with it, nothing major at all. I'm keeping this one. Thanks Bob Howard for really good deal. John

Warning! Stay away from the S...

Warning! Stay away from the Service Dept at Bob Howard. They are shucksters. First of all if you book a service appt online, the estimate they give you on the website is nowhere near what you will be quoted when you step into the dealership. Secondly, I went in for an oil change and was told I needed almost $600 in additional maintenance services (induction service, front/rear differential, etc) for "mileage reasons". Good thing I did my homework, as my Jeep was not even close to the mileage recommendation for the induction service (recommended at 60K, my Jeep was at 24K) and the owners manual stated the differentials only needed to be changed if "using your vehicle for police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing". I guess they think because I'm blonde and female I must be stupid....and made out of money! Never stepping foot in that place again!!

I was also quoted for the repair of a tire which had no known issue. I declined the tire repair then later found my tire shaking when i drove down the highway after having declined to buy a new one from them (coincidence?) When i called to speak to the manager I was given the same associate that helped me originally and he said well things change and the tire just finally settled, when they lifted it up, to its incorrect position. Scam service that will just break whatever they have to on your car to get some money.
