Went here to just "look" and wasn't pressured. It's nice to see that they are customer service orientated instead of focused on a sale. Also, they didn't mind that I did my research on cost without arguing l. Lastly, these guys know their car regardless of model. Finally, dealing with intelligent people within the biz.. I would recommend and will be there soon (even though they're miles away, lol)

3/14/14 I stopped to look at a yellow vw new beetle the man who helped me said it would be 5,999 cash price which is less than I have to put down. He took me into His "OFFICE" and text on his phone for 2 or 3 mins then talked to me about the car and hit in me ( need I mention I am a single mom and walked in there with my two kids). Needless to say i wasn't impressed. 4 weeks later come came for the 2nd time to test drive the car and this same guy says (before I open my mouth) are you ready to buy something. And raised the price 1000.00 dollars ans refus3d to let me test drive it. I said "you know what no thank you" and walked off. The car dealership chased me down to apologize for his employee and told me that the price was 5,999 and offered to let me test drive it. By that point I was done!

Thank you Ben's Auto I will only buy cars from you guys now. The dealer was a great help. He showed me a few cars and helped me narrow it down to one of course the one. I know have my deream car.

I came in, picked out a car that I saw on Auto Trader and left then left with the car that I wanted within thirty minutes- That's it. I felt great from the moment I came in there. Really nice people and extremely nice cars. Car Fax was handed to me as I asked - No complications at all- Talk to John he was great and knew every car, I do Recommend Ben's:)

Came in on December 13th and browsed all the inventory, found my dream car that I have been looking for a very long time! 05' Audi A4 Turbo! My sales associate, John, was so helpful and knew everything about the vehicles. Once we test drove the Audi, we went into the office and got the deal done with no pressure or issues. Alphonso, the sales manager helped me out and we had the deal done in a flash. Thanks Ben's Auto for everything.

Great greeters, horrible work crew. Brought a lemon from them they treated me horrible because it locked up on me. Didn't try and work things out with me or anything. Got a bad deal and was treated unkindly.

I was looking for a small 5 speed car and was looking for over a week. Came to Ben's and was greeted with a great service. The sales manager Alphonso was so helpful and stayed late to help us out.
