I got on my yellow pages app to look up the phone number for the branch near me, and there is NO phone number listed. Isn't that what the yellow pages are for?? Irritated! Not with the bank, they are great, but with no phone number listed in here.

Getting a mortgage loanat this branch is impossible. It's been almost 3 months and the mortgage loan officer is still dragging his feet to approve the loan. He said all was ok and we would be able to close the end of June, it's the end of July and he is still delaying the finalizaation of the loan. We have given him all requested information, signed papers locking in the interest rate and been as patient as possible. He rarely answers phone calls, or returns calls when messages are left. We are stuck waiting on him to do his job. Very frustrated!
