The service reps here are very friendly even though there's neen several. Ashley was the reason I took the yr contract but Kayla is great as well turning me onto the spray tan

Everyone one is always pleasant and very helpful. Been a customer awhile and no plans to change that.

When I went in to sign up they helped me immediately and had superb customer service. I had tried it once before and came back to sign up . They have affordable pricing and no contracts.

I am appalled at the service I received at your I240 & penn location in okc. I visited this location on Friday, May 17, 2013. I had been thinking about fake baking for the summer and wanted to find a place to go. I was searching for a place close and up popped this location with a FREE spray tan. So what the heck, I'll try it. I've never been to any of ATB locations. The first girl was young and wanted everything but my social. She couldn't ring me up, I had to wait for the manager. So I waited for the manager to come back from lunch and it was a waste of my time. I was told that "free doesn't mean free" when I asked to use my coupon. She told me that I needed to buy a bottle of gel for it to work and that I needed to pay for at least 2 more spray tans, @40 bucks each, bf I used the free one bc I need a base coat. I made sure to repeat everything back that she said to me and then she flat out refused to let me use it. I told her I had never been here, I wanted to try the versa, and I WAS NOT going to buy a membership until I saw how it reacted with my skin. She could have just walked me to the door then but even that would have involved too much customer service.

I ended up walking out and sat in front of your store searching for another spray tan location. I ended up going to Rivera and paying full price (no big deal). As someone who has worked most my life in sales and customer service I would think that's the biggest slap in the face. You had a customer ready and excited about trying out your business and you turned them away. Like I said in the beginning, I'm looking for a full time place but all your place did was make me feel like a second class citizen. I already was iffy about visiting an ATB location and now I know I'll never go back.

I never got the girls name but she was in her early 20's, long brown hair, hate to say this -but splotchly tan, and said her mother sold cars for 15 years. I don't think she would have given me her name if I asked. I hope you show her this email and she is only allowed to clean beds. If I were you, I wouldn't let her speake with interested customers at all. She was just down right rude, refused to give me the info I asked for (like monthly membership fees, and the details about the blow dry and moisturizing spray from the versa). Thank goodness for Rivera, not only were the nice and polite but they also explained the bed to me. Something your girl refused to do.

stay away...They have screwed me on so many levels and once my contract was over i said i would never go back. I had a 1yr and had to freeze it well my bro was getting maried and his wife wanted me to tan so i go to unfreeze it and add the versa spa the girl said it would make my monthly payment cheaper and do nothing else, come to find out it added 2more yrs to my contract. So i heard they were doing a month to month so I went in to check it out, big sign on the window says UNLIMITED TANNING ONLY 24.95 so I say thats what I want and the girl says well its really 29.95 that sign is wrong...False advertisement I"d say!!! so I just turned around and walked out...THIS PLACE SUX!!!

absolutely I tan once a week in the tanning beds. The store is clean and I get right in.

This is a horrible company strictly in it for the Money, they will try and use every sales tactic they can to get you to sign up for memberships that you cannot get out of!
