Went to Dr Arthur Conley for a spinal fusion. Tried to get my insurance to pay for a disk replacement but they denied it. Went ahead with the spinal fusion. While waiting in pre-op Dr Conley himself came in and told me that my insurance decided to go ahead a approve the disk replacement. Said ok seemed like a better option. Surgery went well. A couple of months later a bill in the mail from the hospital and a letter from the insurance said that they never approved this and I have to pay full amount for the disk replacement. My dr I trusted had lied to me.
