AAA Construction came out and ...

AAA Construction came out and replaced my driveway, added 2 sidewalks, and extended my patio yesterday. I am so pleased with their work I promised the Owner, Mr. Berry, I would write a good review for his future clients. He and his crew were very kind and were so quick at getting everything done. He didnt ask me to pay him until the job was done which was one of the reasons I chose AAA to do the work. My new concrete looks splendid and I couldnt ask for more. I would hire this company again and will for sure be calling them in the fall to help with the trimming of my trees (Tim I am going to hold you to it...you promised you would come back out and help an old lady out with her "small jobs"). Thank you Tim/AAA for the job well done. May your company be blessed with more work in the future.
Your Friend,
Mary H.

I bought the fair special last year 2016 a 20X30X10 building. I am very pleased with my building. My family and I use it for extra storage. My husband and I want to thank you Tim Berry the owner. You were very helpful from the start to the end.

I hired AAA Construction to build a 30x40 building for me. They came out did all the dirt work concrete and build in a timely manner. They were very professional, the owner Tim Berry was cooperative and willing to do anything I asked him to. Overall I was extremely pleased with the project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a building or to pour concrete

Tim Berry is a thief....He brought in his boat to have a new motor put in. Long story short...he hooked his truck to the boat and procided to leave the property with out paying....Sherriff was call out but was able to take his boat with out paying his bill due to the fact the boat was attached to his truck. If you need even more infomation on this guy you can pull up Scott Hines comments on Topics and find the story that was done by Scott Hines on Channel 4 (KFOR.com) In Your Corner.......There for again.....TIM BERRY IS A THIEF!!!

AAA Construction built my building back in 2007. They did an awesome job. I love my building. If I ever move or need another building AAA Construction, Tim, will be the one and only one I call for the job. To those who complained it took to long to get them out to build it, think of it this way, if AAA Const. wasn't good at what they do then they wouldn't be so busy they took a little longer to get to you... the only complaint I have is that I didn't put a window in my shop, but that was my fault, I chose not too...

My experience with AAA was not good at all. I contracted with them to build a metal building addition to my shop (only 10' x 30') in October, 2012 and put down $2000 deposit. They assured me that it would be done by the 1st of December. It finally got started in May 2013. While I told them not to rush as I would prefer a good job over a rushed job, I did not expect to be taken advantage of and unfortunately I did not get a good job. The work was done in a shoddy manner. They put no bird stop on any of the metal, either at the top or at the bottom, so there were large holes into the building. When I questioned this, I was told that I needed circulation. In an outdoor shop, with little insulation, I did not need any more air circulation, so I was not happy with the explanation. I have since paid someone else to go back and put the birdstop into the holes. The concrete floor had low spots in it. Wood and metal scraps and stuff (including hamburger wrappers, fry boxes, drink cups, and other food item wrappings were thrown all over the place, nails were everywhere, inside and outside. I teach kids for free woodworking and one of them stepped on one of the nails. Needless to say, I felt really bad. The garage door was hung crooked and after over a month of calls, they finally came out and hung it more level. They had originally agreed to move a garage door from the current wall out to the outside new wall (just moved it out 10") Under the door was a black rubber weatherseal glued down to the concrete, of which I paid over a hundred dollars a few years ago. I had originally asked them to make sure they moved it to the new doorway. It was not done so I called them when I called them about rehanging the door. I was told that they would move it out when they readjusted the door. I was asked to pull it up and put it next to where the door was now, which I did (only ten feet). However, when they came out, instead of gluing it down under the door, they screwed it to the inside bottom of the door. So I called them and the owner said he had no idea how to glue rubber/vinyl to concrete and that was the only way that it could be done. So I told him I would do it myself, since he did not know how to do it. The landscaping job in front of the door allows the water to rush full force down into the shop. The Bobcat that they used to do the landscaping tore up grass all around the work area, far into the yard. They moved much of the dirt that they removed and put it in front of the side door, which would not have been a problem if they had not buried the wooden step already there (which will surely rot and cause holes in front of the door) and buried two pallets of wood I was drying under tarps and many many bricks and concrete blocks that I had stacked next to the doorway steps. I did appreciate that they moved some dead trees into my burn pile, that were down, without asking me. There were many more problems than I have listed.

What is most frustrating is that my wife and I are retired and older and it seems like some people always try to take advantage of the elderly. I feel that way in this case. I just cannot give them a good recommendation to anyone.

After a the selection process ...

After a the selection process was over, Tim and his crew was the cream that came to the top. Their pricing was fair, no money until the job was 100% customer satisfaction complete. Our backyard was transformed in 2 days. Our nieghbors jokingly say they are not worthy to live next to us now. Tim transformed a dull gray concrete patio area into a getaway retreat in 2 days. We will gladly show his craftmanship, just ask Tim for the "special project" in Midwset City. Tim and his crew were completely respectful of our property during the transformation. You made my wife cry in a good way Tim, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. More companies need the integrity and concern for the customer as you did for us.

Thank you so much Tim! We met ...

Thank you so much Tim! We met you guys at the State Fair last year and you just finished up our building and it is awesome! My husband loves it and so do I! We waited for about 4months and well I gotta say it was WORTH IT. It allowed us to save up more money towards it and when AAA showed up to do it, it was done within the week! The thing I liked most about the entire experience is that THE OWNER of the company-Tim Berry was in our backyard, tool bag on, and going up and down the ladder just like the crew. Its nice to know that he cares that much about his clients that he is still on the jobsite....not alot of businesses can truely say that! Thanks again Tim and Jen.

I usually have hard time choosing good concrete contractors so I was really relieved when I heard about AAA Construction. They proved themselves to be exceptionally good workers and I would call them again.
