The Okemos, MI center of Light RX is extremely unprofessional. They promised me that treatment will be provided for ear area of the hair removal. After making payment I was told that they don’t have machine to handle ear area of hair.
Also I paid in full for chest, Back, hand and ear hair removal. I told the the staff that I will wait for sometime for hand hair procedures. After 4th treatment I decided to remove my hand hair as well. At this point of time I was asked to pay extra $600 for hand hair removal. It was extremely unprofessional experience. Later I was told that someone will call you back to discuss this matter and may refund your money if possible. No one from this company called me back. This place is extremely unprofessional and cheaters in regards to money matter and commitment. I will highly recommend not to visit this place rather finding some other company for hair removal procedure. You can’t trust this company.
