I've dealt with this shop for 10 - 12 years and I certainly trust them. I have had machines built and maintained there. It may be that someone would easily misread their attitudes, or misunderstand their sense of humor (dry wit bordering on the sardonic) but their hearts are in the right place. You will know this when they respond quickly to a crisis you may have.

Bad! Very, very bad experience again.

I gave them another chance and, sorry, but never again.

Rude, unprofessional, looking down to costumers, especially, if you happened to have Latino futures or speak with accent.

That, “Smart Mouth “TECHNITIAN” was so proud that he has building computers for 23 years, needs to go back to school to update his professional knowledge of Nova Days Operating Systems, so he will understand what costumer is talking about (even, with foreign accent). And maybe… (Just a suggestion) that same one “Technician” needs to take “Costumer Care” seminar, at least 30 hrs long.

O, yes! I almost forgot about my first experience with “Digilink Computers”. In 2007, I took my “Getaway” laptop to fix USB jack. I end up buying new adapter with five, absolutely useless, tips for $ 70.00. I was told, that nothing can be done to fix the jack

And I trusted them. Later on, I got my laptop fixed, my cousin High School student, not a “Gig” helped me.

Let's be fair about reviewing Digilink. They certainly can't be expected to match the big online stores in price. When you consider shipping costs and return costs (defective products), I think it evens out. If something goes wrong with a product that you purchase, they stand behind it. They even do diagnostics for free! I always send friends there that want a PC built to their specifications. These local stores are closing left and right. Soon we'll all be stuck with Bestbuy and the Geek Squad.
