Betrayed by this company. Less than a year ago, I had Ferrell's ship fruit to Vermont and Michigan. 3 boxes and paid $141. All 3 reached their destination but were spoiled. They called Rikki to complain. To this day I have been trying to speak to the owner who refuses to contact me. Rikki quit or was fired. I still am out the $141 because they want to blame fedex. Because of this I would tell people they don't stand behind the product or their word. Please be careful when doing business with them. Don't be taken the way I was. It has been almost a year and the coward running Ferrell's has yet to contact me. Please don't do business with them their word of good fruit and delivery proved to be a lie. After 4 years of good service by this company I thought I could trust them. How wrong I was. I have been to the fruit stand numerous times and all I get I will give him the message. NOW I will have to find a reparable fruit dealer. I am on a limited income and that money was gifts for my family. What a shady dealer.
