We had to have our septic pumped the end of January. When they opened our tank he told us it was full of paper. I had been using cottonelle wet wipes. The package says it breaks down. They don't!! After $225 I fired off a nasty email to Kimberley Clark. They responded and wanted a copy of the invoice and a statement from Austin's. Ashley was VERY helpful. She sent me a letter that went above and beyond what I expected. She told them what they find and what the wipes do to your system. Well I just received an email from Kimberly Clark and they are reimbursing us in full! I have told everyone not to flush ANY wipes and if they need septic service...call Austin's!! Thank you again for your excellent customer service in an age where it is sometimes hard to find.. Mary
