I've been to R&R three or four times over the last 10 years, and plan to keep going back. I have slowly redone all the floors in our older home. I especially love the hard wood. I was worried with kids and a dog that the wood would be beat up in no time. I have to say the coating lives up to everthing R&R said it would do. If we have had any problems with installation, over the years, someone was there within a few days to fix the problems.
