Tonight 12/26 @ 9:20pm ordered went thru the address, home or apt. crap. I was told 1hr30min for delivery so we waited, I called back at 11:05, spoke to the manager Kristen she said "There was nothing put in under your phone number.. so. .

sorry have a good night " not even a sorry let me get one out to you. Nothing! It wasn't till I called back to ask for her bosses name that she offered. No Thank you

poor,poor customer service

Use to have amazing pizza however the last few times I have ordered with this store my pizza has been tasting like cardboard and the crust is very tough and also taste like its been under a heat lamp for awhile

We live close to this Pizza Hut and order from it 3 - 5 times a month. We have never had any problems with customer service or food quality. We recommend them without reservation.

I ordered the tuesday night pasta deal and also asked for some bone out spicy bbq wings. The guy didn't bother to tell me they didn't come in that flavor and when I called to complain they had absolutely NO way to fix the problem,because there wasn't even that sauce kept there. When asked what could be offered to repair the situation, I was told sorry. I am very dissappointed in the response. The pasta was also cold,and poorly seasoned.I would only reccommend this place to people who don't care what shows up at their door regardless of what they ordered. And people who like to waste their time and money.
