Went to Pep Boys Auto Parts in Riverdale due to noises my car made while turning. They checked it out and said my whole steering system needed to be replaced. Would have cost me over $1,000. Decided to have a second opinion on my car. Told the other company (Big O Tires) that my car was making strange noises and had them do my state inspection. They told me they checked my whole steering system and found the problem. I was almost out of steering fluid.... It cost me $0.00. My car is running well and I have not had an issue with the steering system after visiting them (Big O Tires). Pep Boys Auto Parts tried to pull a fast one on me. I will never visit this store again and highly suggest that others do the same. I'm not saying all the employees there are dishonest but the ones that checked my car out in November 2016 were.

Took my car in and when i got it back it had twice as many problems, they refused to pay for the damge they caused

They can't fix anything, no one knows what they are doing. They take 3 days to do something that should take a few hours

Pep Boys tried to make up a problem with my vehicle that would cost me $1200! Nothing was wrong with it, thanks to a second opinion. Not a good way to do business. I will never return!!!

Justin Tidwell and Brett Parker were totally helpful and got right on my truck as soon as I pulled in. The Nissan dealers wanted me to leave my truck with them "for at least a couple days" to troubleshoot and repair. Justin and Brett repaired my truck in less than 2 hours.

Very honest, very friendly. I got good service and honest answers. They were very thorough and they explained everything to me. I also watched them interact with other customers and they were very nice and straightforward. They also are very reasonable on prices and that helps also.

I have was using a company my father has used for 15 years one day I went to Pep Boy on Riverdale. Will they are awesome so much better then the other company, the staff and service was better then I then I have received at another shop. They where very helpful and the prices much lower and that is importation to me because I really don't know much about cars. I have be going the Riverdale Pep Boy for 3 years now and I will not go anywhere else . So bid thank you to Riverdale Pep Boy.

I've truthfully never submitted a review on poor services I've been a recipient of, but I hate to see another become frustrated at the very poor customer service I've experienced not once but three times with this pepboys location on riverdale road. They take forever to complete a job days vs hours, they always pass the blame on the next guy.they never answer the phone to give a update on the status of your automobile you have to hunt them down if you want any type of service. I've lost any confidant feeling in any of statements they claim especially anything to do with great customer services. I honestly will never use them for any automotive parts or services. They give meaning to crooked services and dirty pool. Just read the statements made by others. What a poor example of American business.
