This business is really not trust worthy I brought a vac and had it two months when it broke down after using it only a few times, asked to have it repaired as it was under guarantee they more or less told me to see to it my self, I than asked my money back as yet no reply or working vac. I would NEVER buy a thing for these guys again.

I bought a vacuum that had been advertised as "Perfect working order". I was told there would be no returns but I wasn't worried because I thought this place had a good reputation. When I used it for the first time, I noticed that a small hose was missing. I replaced it. Then I noticed dust all over it (despite having cleaned it). I took it to a repair person. Apparently the motor is broken. So thanks for the horrible service and false advertising.
