Provided by YP.comI would absolutely NOT take a machine here to be repaired. They charged me $100 for a repair that was not needed. Took snowblower in because it would not start. Loaded it in the truck went straight home tried to start so I could use it. Guess what...didnt start!!! Took it back to repair what was not repaired the first time and they are trying to now charge me another $120! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

May 10 2016 left toro mower for transmission repair.June , no fix. July, no fix. Bought another mower. August 2016 finally got notice repair accomplished . I was informed that if it wasnt picked up soon storage charge would apply, got mad, told them to keep it as it looked as tho they needed it more than I. Draw your own conclusions about this bunch.

I've been going to Ogden Lawn for 20 years. I learned years ago to bring my model and serial numbers, just like you would at a auto parts store. If I have my model and serial theycan find and either have what I need or can get it and it's the right part.

I took my mower in for a self-propelled drive gear repair and a tune-up. When I picked up the mower, they said that they had to replace a wheel since one was broken. I hadn’t noticed a broken wheel when I took it in, but I took them at their word and paid an extra $27 for the new wheel and $20 for the extra labor. I got the mower home and hadn’t gone more than 50 feet before the wheel fell off. I immediately called and explained the problem. They weren’t at all apologetic and told me I would have to bring it back in. I took it in the next day. I waited around for 20 minutes while they fixed the wheel. Again no apology. Since it was their mistake that I was paying for with an extra trip, I asked for a partial refund ($20 of the $50 labor charge). The guy was a complete jerk about it. He eventually reluctantly offered me 10 bucks. I said, “If you make it twenty, I’ll leave here a satisfied customer”. Then he says to me, “How about nothing”. I took the ten bucks, but I was v

I went in to buy a bolt for a tiller, some wire for a spinkler system, and a STIHL weed trimmer. I showed them the bolt and they said that without the make and model they could not help me. I figured all they had to do was figure out the threads and find something that would work. Instead they want me to drive home and look at the make and model for a .10 cent to .25 cent item. So I left their store without buying anything. I found a workable part at home depot for .10.
