I bought a suit for my son for christmas and took it back to get altered. It wasnt quite the right size so the salesman helped him get the right size and showed him different cuts and colors. The sale had been made and the check cleared 2 weeks before but they worked for him as though he was their #1 client. I was impressed that they took the time to help him so thoroughly.
