They do what they say and say what they do. This is not a $300 auto detail, nor is it a $50 rinse from the quickie places. This is a good mid-range detail done relatively fast. That is what they advertise and that is what you get. I have been coming here for years and the work is always consistent. (hint - go to groupon for a good deal, usually $89 for their $179 full service)

Was told by owner that the full service included shampoo cleaning all carpets and seats, also head liner, NOT!!!found dirt all over in areas on carpet under dash and along sides , wheel wells had dirt also . Dashboard needed to be cleaned again when I got home. Also this is a spray on wax treatment , not a hand wax as I was led to believe, Im not inpressed , Paid 179.00 plus tax for a half rate job

I bought a voucher off of Deals That Matter. I have to say that I was more than pleased with the job they did. The voucher was for exterior detailing and interior vacuum, but they wiped down everything inside as well as took extra time to get a bunch of residue from tinting off my windows. I had tried several different ways to get this off an I couldn't. The car looked like new. I will be honest that I was a bit skeptical when I walked into the office because it wasn't very clean, but they did such a great job, that I can't be too bothered about that. As far as giving any trouble about the voucher, they didn't even bat an eye at it. And the lady that I worked with was so nice. I actually bought two vouchers and am looking forward to getting my second car detailed this week sometime.

We bought two $150 vouchers from deals that matter-one for my car and one for my husbands. We took my car in first and when I picked it up 8 hours later I had to wait for them to finish and was in a hurry when I left. I got home and my husband noticed that not only was the car not cleaned all the way, they had torn the leather interior in two places. Also, they had only done about half of what they advertised and it was still fairly dirty. (the cupholders looked like they had just sprayed armorall on top of the dirt). We called to talk to the owner the next day and he refused to admit that they caused the damage but said he would have someone call us about repairing the leather anyway. Two weeks later and no call. We called again and the owner jumped down my husband's throat and told him that this was "a bunch of c**p" and that he didn't care how much we paid because he only made $35 off the deal. As if that makes this acceptable. Now I'm stuck with a voucher that I will NEVER use.

They refused to honor the gift certificates or give our money back. Stay far, far AWAY. Their justification was that they were losing too much money on the gift certificates.

poor job, over priced, should'nt be in the call their wok detailing.

They did my subaru while I waited! it was better than when I drop it off all day at other places.
