I'm not quite a regular but I go in whenever I have spare time just to browse. Their selection on movies and vinyls is pretty deep! I never have a bad time when I visit.

Absolutely Horrible Customer service. Went in for an exchange and was treated poorly by one of the members of the river dale location, and in front of customers. i never felt so humiliated. will not be returning again. ashamed i even feel this way for a place i valued so much.
