Took my laptop somewhere else to get some "love" after two weeks they told me the mainboard had failed. Took it to these guys - next morning they had found the problem - they SAVED my pics and installed windows! For just under $300 - having a working laptop and all my data saved - would've paid twice that much! THANKS GUYS -

Brought our computer to be fixed. Said they couldn't find anything wrong besides a few virus's. Charged us 280 to clean it up. Problem happened again within a week. Turned out to be the mother board. How does a computer guy miss that??? This one did. Don't waste your time with these guys. They will charge you a bunch of money for poor service.
