This is not what I would even call Mexican food. It's your standard tex-mex type food. none of my favorites like crisp tacos, cheese enchiladas or chili relenos.

we love eating here. the food is always good and you get it fast.

I always get their large salad with chicken & I can NEVER complete it in one sitting! I want to but I just can't, I feel like I am eating a ton but when I look down it looks like I'm moving the food around & not eating it at all!My son had their burrito w/pinto beans, smothered w?Pico on the side, my daughter had the sweet pork quesadilla w/pinto beans, & the little guy had the kid’s meal cheese quesadilla, w/rice & black beans. Wow filling! We personally like the flavor of Costa Vida, their setup is nice inside & as the cook of my house in a pinch I can really appreciate the fast & fresh flavors they deliver! The service is quick & the meal is definitely filling!Eat in moderation always! The prices are good, the only thing I would watch is that sometimes the man in charge gets ahead of himself and dumps the side on the top of the meal instead of adding it as a side. Fresh, fast and friendly service. It's a great place for a quick lunch.

I personally don't like the taste on the food at Costa Vida. The competition has much better flavor. The restaurant is in a bad location as well, with most of the appeal coming from the movie theater. Does look nice and mexican inside, though. I think I'll stick with Cafe Rio, however!
