Would not ever rent again from here. People working there are nice. Car was horribly dirty and I mean horribly dirty. rotting food under seats, windows you can't even see out of. The windshield was not sealed properly so we had that noise the entire time and it was loud. Then come to find out there was no oil dipstick in it and it leaked oil and smelled bad. I ended up going and buying a used dipstick to plug the hole. I tried for 4 days trying to reach them but it just went to the 800 reservations line. Came in after the trip, they offered me a few bucks off. I told them that was not good enough. Front counter people said they would not charge me until I talked with the manager. I left the manager 2 messages and an email. No response or call back. They charged my card anyway. I've rented a lot of cars from various companies and this was by far the worst experience ever. I was very kind when I came in and explained everything factually. I have learned being level headed gets you much further along than ranting and raving. These guys obviously do not care. I'll continue to write these reviews, complain to Budget Corp and Costco Travel to help others who might consider renting from this location.

A word to the wise.... DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS! Their cars are dirty and the gas tanks are not full. The office staff is obnoxious and unprofessional. They don't make eye-contact and their demeanor is rude and cold. In addition, their price is more than double their competitors. If you wish to rent from this company, I have one word for you.... RUN!
