Very very very unprofessional. Went to get a dress for my cousin's wedding, the owner gave me a medium to try on when I tried to tell her it was too big she didn't listen to a word I said and insisted I get the medium. I went with my gut and ordered a small, when the dress arrived it was a medium and like I said too big when confronted about the issue she told me I was stuck with it and if I wanted to pay to alter it she would be "happy" to do that for me... She also told me she wouldn't be willing to wave any fees for alterations or give me a refund.... Very rude..

I went there with my friend to try on a dress for senior prom, I am 18 and she is 23, the owner was so incredibly rude and wouldn't let me try on the dress I picked out. She said we needed a responsible adult and told us we needed to leave. Very very unprofessional I would NOT recommend this place. The dresses are cheap and the service is crap.

The owner is so rude. She won't help you with anything and gives you dirty looks if you don't love the dress she gave you. I had then alter a dress for prom and it came back ruined and they refused to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE. The sales ladies are pushy and they don't listen to what you want. Avoid it at all costs.

This place sucks. The owner is a beast and unwilling to work with you. She wouldn't take back a dress when it was her stores fault that they messed up on my order. She said the dress was ruined when it hasn't even been worn. I would seriously go somewhere else. It's not worth it.

Avoid this place at all costs, go anywhere else. Received two damaged dresses, first dress with broken zipper and then second was a stained gown. The owner told me too bad you are stuck. She told me I was lying and I broke the zipper and stained the dress, even though it was never worn. no refunds or exchanges even on damaged merchandise. I now had a stained gown that I paid $200 for , I said I would call The BBB, she said even GOD coulnt help me and maybe I could try him. Very professional .
