BOUGHTA WASHER AND DRYER THERE THAT WAS USED AND IT Was a great deal

We bought a refrigerator from them 3 mo. ago. We were told that it less than 5 years old. We're sure it was much older. The refrigerator came with a 30-day parts and labor warranty, which excluded the ice maker. They said that they fixed the fridge and tested it for an entire week, but never told us they don't check ice makers. The ice maker didn't work and they refused to fix it. They never returned phone calls. On top of all of this, there was a 'no-return policy' which they never disclosed. About 2 weeks after buying it, the heating element in the freezer failed. When we called to tell them, they wouldn't talk to us until verifying that we had actually bought it within 30 days. They took their time getting out to fix it, meanwhile all our food defrosted/melted. Do NOT buy a used appliance from them. They were nice when we were looking, but hard to work with afterward. They might be a good place to go for used parts, but buyer beware.
